Changes and cancellations

We understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth operations and respect everyone's time, we have the following policies: Changes are allowed at least 2–4 hours before pickup, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Examples of changes include pickup time, location, number of passengers, or type of service. For cancellations, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. A no-show will be charged the full booking amount after a reasonable waiting period. Our grace waiting time is typically 10–15 minutes for local rides. We monitor flights for delays, and while short delays are usually accommodated, extended waits may incur additional charges.
